1/2 cup butter 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 cup flour 1-1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup shredded coconut 3 tbsp flour
Directions:
Cream 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 tbsp brown sugar & 1 cup flour; blend with fork. Press into 9"x9" pan & bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Remove.
Meanwhile: Mix next 6 ingredients together & spread over base as soon as it is removed from oven. Bake 30-35 minutes more. Cool thoroughly & cut into squares.
