Good potato soup on a cold night. Can be doubled and more.
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes 2 medium onions 4 celery ribs boiling water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 bay leaf 2 tablespoons butter milk or cream or chicken stock salt and pepper 1 dash Worcestershire sauce parsley chives
Directions:
1. Chop melon into small pieces and place in food processor. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Transfer to a bowl and add orange juice, cream,sugar, salt& ginger. 4. Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. 5. When serving sprinkle with grated orange peel.
